We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please email your stylist directly or call 608-467-2222 and leave a voicemail.

In the event of a last minute cancellation or a no-show, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service price.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide your scheduled service and the cancellation policy will apply.

A credit card on file is required for all color services and will not be charged if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.

All of our color service prices are listed as a base price. Depending on the stylist you are scheduled with, in addition to the amount of color needed to achieve your desired look, prices are subject to change.

Our goal is for clients to leave satisfied. If you are ever dissatisfied, please let us know within 5 days of your original appointment by emailing your stylist or by emailing booking@thorps.org.

In the event of a correction, we will happily schedule a complimentary appointment with your original stylist. If you would prefer to see a different stylist, you will be responsible for paying the price difference, should one exist.

Please note, stylists are best able to evaluate their work when the hair is dry. Should you choose to leave the shop prior to having your hair dried and styled you relinquish the right for a correction service.

We want clients and our team to have the best experience at Thorps. That said, if you have been sick within the past few days or are currently experiencing symptoms please reschedule your appointment. In the best interest of clients and our team, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
