It’s best to allow yourself 5-10 extra minutes when arriving for your appointment to account for traffic, weather, and/or parking. There is public street parking available in front of the shop and on all surrounding streets. If you arrive early, please check in at the front desk, then feel free to help yourself to a beverage and relax with a magazine. To respect the integrity of our stylists’ services as well as respect the valuable time of our stylists and clients alike, clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment.

We strongly recommend scheduling your next appointment before you leave the shop to guarantee best availability. If you are not able to schedule your next appointment before leaving the shop, we recommend booking online or calling to book at least 4 weeks in advance of the day you would like to come in, especially for lengthy services (e.g. hair color and haircut). Evening and weekend appointments are in high demand and book quickly. We keep an active waitlist and are happy to notify you when a sooner appointment becomes available. You may add yourself to the waitlist through our online booking system or by calling the shop.

We accept payment via cash, check, or card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). Gratuity may be left on the card.

We offer appointment confirmations via phone call, text message, and/or email 48 hours before your appointment. Please let us know when booking which reminder methods you prefer. We require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. Appointments may be cancelled through your online booking account or by calling the shop.
